No Show/Cancellation Policy:
At Lotus Wellness, we are committed to providing each client with a luxurious experience with great attention to detail.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please
aim to do so no less than 24 hours prior to appointment.
Our providers make special arrangements to provide each client
with a personalized experience, so no shows and cancellations
do affect our ability to care for future clients.

Late Policy:
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule and a late cancelation fee of $50 may be applied.

Refund Policy:
We don’t offer refunds on any service(s) rendered or booked. Additionally, if a service is prepaid and the client elects to not receive service they will be charged a late cancelation fee in the amount of $50.00. The remaining balance will be refunded only if client hasn’t received the service(s). If a client purchased a package, and is unable to complete the package. Client will receive refund for service(s) not provided based on the fee schedule for each service(s) individually.

Lending Agreement:
All contracts with lending partners are legally binding and client must pay balances in full. If client cannot continue with treatment regimen due to medical reasons, the client will be charged the normal price of any services rendered.
Lotus Wellness services are elective and not billable services for insurance purposes. However, we do provide appropriate documentation to submit for reimbursement of certain service(s).

Lotus Client Right to Know:
We strive to exceed our clients’ needs. We believe that we recommend product(s) and service(s) that are most appropriate for the client to reach their goals. We explain to clients' that treatments can be adjusted to provide the client with best results. Therefore, our client’s right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited to maximize the benefits of their service.
Privacy at Lotus Wellness
Your Data Is Secure
Lotus Wellness does use HIPAA protected software to store medical files. Information provided from you as a potential client is used to provide promotional, educational, and appointment information. Lotus Wellness uses third-party banking to verify payment or store customers’ data once their purchase has been completed.
