Sundays are sacred at Lotus Wellness — a moment to refill your glow, reset your energy, and honor your body. True self-care isn’t about indulgence; it’s about intention. Here are three ways to fill your cup this Self-Care Sunday and feel radiant from the inside out.

1. Reconnect With Your Body
Your body carries you through everything — it deserves your attention and care. Start your day with gentle movement to release tension and reconnect with yourself. A slow stretch, mindful walk, or quiet yoga flow can help you feel grounded and present.
